Amber + Chris || At Home Backyard Wedding || Phoenix Wedding Photographer

I'm so excited to get this beautiful backyard/at home wedding on the blog! Amber gave me the addresses to arrive at, and it wasn't until I arrived....and maybe an hour or so after starting to take pictures that I discovered that she was getting ready at her and Chris's home! I thought it was the most beautiful thing--to have those precious memories take place where they will live, laugh, and love.

Amber told me she was doing a DIY wedding, and I was excited to see all her creations come to life! We joked at her engagement session (click here to see it) that she would sit and take inventory of all the reception items during movie nights with Chris. She was so on the ball!

It all came together so well! I would never have guessed that she made almost everything! Her bouquet to start with was just gorgeous and she did all that herself, including the corset wrap on it! So talented! And just wait until you see the pictures at they end! They got so creative with the backyard space and Chris even created a dance floor that sat over the pool!

It was such a beautiful day with Chris and Amber's closest family and friends surrounding them while they sealed the deal to become husband and wife! It could not have been any better! Complete with the most delicious BBQ dinner, fire pits, over the water dance floor, and a mannequin challenge!

Congratulations Chris and Amber! I'm so happy for you! I hope you love the images! It was such a beautiful day with beautiful moments to capture!
