Gabby + Hunter | Romantic Sunlit Anniversary Session at Boyce Thompson Arboretum

I can't believe it was two years ago that I shot Gabby and Hunter's gorgeous wedding at the Phoenix Temple! (Click here to see it) Time flies so fast! These two were the absolute sweetest during their bridal portraits, and the cutest at their anniversary session too!

Gabby said that she really wanted to do a one year anniversary shoot, but as fate would have it, she was pregnant with their little girl, and so tired and sick that even the thought of putting together a shoot was exhausting! (Side note, their darling little girl made it into the photos below!)

Well, these year two photos did not disappoint! Gabby put together the most gorgeous outfits and when she told me her plans, I knew we had to shoot at Boyce Thompson Arboretum. I absolutely love their greenhouses there and the gorgeous mountain and scenery! This shoot turned out so romantic and dreamy, even I can't stop looking at the photos!

Thank you so much, Gabby, for asking me to do your photos again! And for driving FOUR hours (two teach way) to meet me at this spot for our shoot WITH a six month old!! I hope they turned out just as you were dreaming! I had the best time spending time with you guys again and am so grateful for our friendship which has bloomed through photos! I adore you guys!! Happy anniversary Gabby and Hunter!

She had the most gorgeous real floral bouquet made for this shoot!

But for reals, how darling and perfect is their little girl!? Plus, I'm obsessed with her outfit! I need a bigger one for me....I mean, uh, my daughter ;)

That face she's making! I love little baby expressions!

I couldn't help but capture this cactus with the wildflowers blooming next to it! As much as I've been poked by these things while living in Arizona, pretty sure I'm going to miss them once we make our move to St. Louis!

And just a few last pictures of Gabby! She is so stunning! And if you're wondering, the hat was from Gigi Pip and the dress was from Nordstrom, with a slight alteration made by Gabby's magic skills and glue gun to make it longer! I couldn't even tell at all! In person, and it the photos!

Hope you enjoyed that sneak peek into their gorgeous session! It was so hard to pick my favorites! Sending out their gallery of over 170 images soon!

xoxo,

Trisha
