Talk about a "good for the soul" engagement session! These two warmed my heart! Maybe it's because I've done the long distance relationship thing before and know how hard it is, or maybe I'm just in love with how sweet these two were with each other!
Kara is a cancer nurse at a children's hospital and Nate does medical work in the Navy. This past year Nate has traveled all over the world while they've been engaged. I loved hearing about all the places he'd been and his dreams of taking Kara to some of them! Kara's been such a busy bee with working and planning her wedding without Nate around to help! We've had this engagement session planned for months, knowing that Nate would be state-side.
I loved hearing their sweet stories, of how they met on Tinder, or how she flew to North Carolina to surprise him as he got off the airplane when he finally landed in the states! He didn't know she was going to be there and for a split second wondered who this random girl was hugging him. I can't imagine just how blissful that moment was realizing it was her!
I am so excited for March to come, to watch these two become Mr. and Mrs., and to capture the day for them!! I adore you two, Kara and Nate!! March can't come soon enough!
